Proofs

You are on this page for one reason. You have been accepted on credit and the finance company has requested proofs of address. All acceptances are subject to these proofs being acceptable. This is anti fraud, and if we did not do this our acceptance rate would drop, and you would probably not be on this page!

Acceptable proofs of address need an address and a date within the last 60 days (30 for sub prime)
If you are a Limited company the proofs are the proofs of the Director, not the electric bill of the company for example.
Bank statements
Gas, water, electric, landline telephone number
Shotgun certificate
Police or Military Warrant Card
VAT
P11D or similar for Inland Revenue

Drivers licence both parts
A scan of both sides of a debit or credit card.
Passport

Unacceptable proofs
Bailiff letter
A red letter from a utility company
Mobile phone bill
Credit card bill
A police summons
